Manjeshwar, January 14, 2025: The Infant Jesus Ward of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Manjeshwar, came together in a spirit of faith and festivity to celebrate its annual ward feast on January 12 and 13, 2025.
The celebration began with a solemn Eucharistic Mass on January 12 at 8:00 AM, presided over by Fr. Edwin Francis Pinto, the Parish Priest. The Mass was a moment of spiritual renewal and gratitude, bringing together parishioners to seek the blessings of Infant Jesus.
The festivities continued on January 13 at Mr. Anil & Preethi Monteiro’s residence in Manjeshwar at 7:00 PM. The event was graced by Fr. Edwin Francis Pinto as the president, who delivered an inspiring message to the gathering.

The celebration included a special
felicitation ceremony, recognizing:
- Newly wedded couples
- Newborn babies
- Students who excelled academically
- The winner of the Varado-level Elocution Competition

couples, and senior citizens.
The entire event was smoothly and enthusiastically anchored by Mrs. Rekha Monteiro and Mr. Philip Monteiro, who kept the audience engaged and ensured a lively atmosphere.
